This is not a structured course in mindfulness meditation, however if you are new to mindfulness practice some simple instructions will be given so that all can join in.
This class offers a more in-depth exploration of the practice than the 20 minute practice groups we offer freely on-line.
General Session Format
- 25 minute sitting meditation (whether sitting on support on the floor or on a chair). Some instruction will be given.
- 10 minute walking meditation
- 20 minute sitting meditation
- 15-20 minutes where you can ask practice related questions and a short discussion
Coming together in a group meditating is an important way to keep your practice alive and progressing with the support of like-minded practitioners.
